This plan gets a booking platform ready for real guests in a week. The goal for day 7 is a live test booking, paid and confirmed.

Day 1: Brand and settings

  • Add your brand name, logo, domain and support contacts.
  • Set GST rates for room tariffs and your default cancellation policy.

Day 2: Cities and amenities

  • Add the cities you serve, with a short description for each city page.
  • Review the amenity list and remove anything guests should not filter by.

Day 3: First hotels

  • Invite two or three partner hotels to the partner panel.
  • Help them add room types, photos, policies and check-in times.

Day 4: Rates and inventory

  • Load nightly rates and room counts for the next 90 days.
  • Set weekend prices and stop-sell dates for peak periods.

Day 5: Commissions and payments

  • Set the commission per hotel or per booking.
  • Connect your payment gateway and choose the payment hold window.

Day 6: Test bookings

  • Book a room as a guest, pay a small amount and check the confirmation email.
  • Cancel one test booking to confirm the refund follows your policy.

Day 7: Go live

  • Publish the hotels and city pages.
  • Review the settlement statement for your test bookings with each partner.
Tip: Ask partner hotels to update their own rates from day 3. Hotels that own their calendar keep it accurate.
