Free trials
Trials are free and need no payment. If you don’t activate a paid plan, the trial simply ends.
Cancelling a subscription
Switch off auto-renew from your client portal at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Monthly plans are not refundable once the billing period has started. Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of first purchase are refunded in full, less any onboarding services already delivered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Services
Professional services (implementation, customisation, training) are billed as per the accepted proposal and are non-refundable once delivered.
