The fine print, in plain words

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: unused days on your current plan become a credit, and the new plan starts a fresh billing cycle that day. To move to a smaller plan, raise a ticket and we’ll switch you at your next renewal.
Can I talk to someone before I pay?
Yes — most customers do. Book a free demo and a product specialist shows you the software set up for your industry and answers every question. When you’re ready, you can pay by UPI, card or net banking, or by bank transfer against a GST invoice.
What does the free trial include?
The full Starter or Growth plan for 30 days, with no card needed. In the first week our onboarding team sets up the basics with you — your services, staff and a few real records — so you see your own business in it. When the trial ends, choose monthly or yearly from your portal.
Can you customise the software for us?
Yes. Book a free consultation: we map your process, suggest what to use as it is and what to customise, and send a clear quote before any work begins.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve. Your price is locked for the year, and we remind you well before the renewal date.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards and net banking through our payment gateway, plus NEFT/RTGS bank transfer against a GST invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Turn off auto-renew from your portal and your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. You can export your data at any time.
