Upgrading or changing your plan

Move to a higher plan at any time and get credit for unused days. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

You can change plans from the portal whenever your business needs it, and you never pay twice for the same days.

Upgrade to a higher plan

  1. Open My subscriptions and click Change plan next to the product.
  2. Pick the new plan and billing cycle.
  3. Review the invoice preview. It shows the credit for unused days on your current plan.
  4. Pay, and the new features and user limits apply immediately.

How prorated credit works

The new plan starts a fresh billing cycle today. Unused days on your old plan become a credit on its first invoice.

Say you are on Starter at ₹2,499 a month and upgrade to Growth with 15 of 30 days left. Your credit is ₹1,249.50, so the first Growth invoice is ₹5,999 minus ₹1,249.50, which comes to ₹4,749.50 before GST.

Downgrade to a lower plan

Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep everything you paid for until then. Before the change:

  • Deactivate users above the lower plan's user limit.
  • Export any reports from modules the lower plan does not include.

Data from those modules is kept safely and becomes available again if you upgrade later.

Enterprise and ERPDunia Elite

Enterprise plans and ERPDunia Elite are set up with our team. Contact sales or book a demo, and we will prepare a quote that includes credit for your current plan.

Tip: Switch to yearly billing while you upgrade and you save the equivalent of two months.

See every plan side by side on the pricing page.
