Every ERPDunia plan is available with monthly or yearly billing. The features are identical. Only the payment rhythm and the total price change.
The difference
- Monthly: pay every month and keep your commitment short.
- Yearly: pay once for twelve months at ten times the monthly price. That is two months free.
For example, the Clinic ERP Growth plan costs ₹5,999 a month. Paid monthly for a full year, that adds up to ₹71,988. The yearly price is ₹59,990, a saving of ₹11,998.
Which should you choose?
Monthly suits you if:
- you are in your first few months with the product
- your team size changes a lot from season to season
Yearly suits you if:
- the product runs a core part of your daily work
- you prefer one invoice and one approval a year
- you want to lock today's price for twelve months
Switching between cycles
To move from monthly to yearly, open My subscriptions and click Change plan. The yearly term starts today, and unused days of the current month are credited.
To move from yearly to monthly, schedule the change and it applies at your next renewal.
Good to know
- Yearly plans are billed upfront as a single GST invoice.
- Services such as training or data migration are billed separately.
- Renewal reminders for yearly plans start 30 days ahead.
Tip: Many teams start on monthly billing and switch to yearly after their first full month of real use.
