How renewals and reminders work

We remind you 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before renewal, and you can renew online from the portal in under a minute.

Every subscription has a renewal date, shown against the product in My subscriptions. Monthly plans renew every month, and yearly plans every twelve months from their start date.

When we remind you

Reminders go by email and WhatsApp to the account owner and your billing contacts:

  • T-30: 30 days before renewal, with the plan and the amount due.
  • T-15: 15 days before, a good moment to upgrade or switch to yearly.
  • T-7: 7 days before, with a direct payment link.
  • T-1: the day before, as a final reminder.

Monthly plans receive only the T-7 and T-1 reminders, so your inbox stays quiet.

Renew online

  1. Open My subscriptions.
  2. Click Renew next to the product.
  3. Check the plan, billing cycle and GSTIN on the invoice preview.
  4. Pay by UPI, card or net banking. The renewal applies the moment the payment succeeds.

Paying by bank transfer instead? Download the proforma invoice, make the payment and share the UTR number in a billing ticket. We confirm it within one business day.

If a renewal is missed

Your account stays fully usable for a 7-day grace period. After that it becomes read-only: you can view and export data, but you cannot create new records. Nothing is deleted, and renewing restores full access immediately.

Tip: Add your accountant as a billing contact under Settings > Billing so reminders reach the person who actually pays.

To change who receives reminders, update the contacts under Settings > Billing or contact us.
